Drinken is erg belangrijk bij de opname van voedingsstoffen in de darm, het transport van voedings- en afvalstoffen in het lichaam en het regelen van de lichaamstemperatuur. De meeste vocht krijgen we binnen door het drinken van vloeistoffen zoals water, thee koffie etc.

Hoeveel liter vocht drink jij op een dag?
Om zicht te krijgen hoeveel ml een kopje, glas of beker vocht bevat:

1 kopje = 125 ml
1 glas = 150 ml
1 beker = 200 ml

Maak een schatting van de hoeveelheid vocht die jij gemiddeld per dag drinkt en selecteer:
